Read on to learn how to make this DIY bridesmaid proposal box for your girls. If you’re looking for more bridesmaid proposal box inspiration check out more bridesmaid proposal box ideas here! There are many bridesmaid proposal boxes online that you can purchase pre-made. But it’s actually super easy to purchase a plain box and make the design yourself. (and it’s more budget-friendly!) I chose these square pink boxes with lids and ribbons to tie the box together. Decorating the lid of your box is as easy as printing your saying on vinyl with your Cricut or using a stencil and paint. I chose to use vinyl as it is faster and gives the box a polished look.
Fill your box with crinkle shred up to the the lip. This will give your gift items a bed to sit in. Crinkle shred not only makes the gift more attractive but if you are shipping your DIY bridesmaid proposal box it will protect the items.
One of my favorite things about Rescue Flats is that every pair of leather flats comes with a gold clutch. This clutch is perfect to carry your Rescue Flats in and when not filled with shoes is a perfect catch-all. I customized the gold clutches with iron-on in each bridesmaids name. This little added touch transforms the clutch into a customized gift and assures your bridesmaids won’t mix up their shoes!
Once you are finished customizing your DIY bridesmaid proposal box it is time to fill it with goodies! Fill your gift box with fun items like champagne, nail polish, and a heartfelt card. And last but not least, don’t forget the star of the show – a pair of leather Rescue Flats!
I finished my bridesmaid box with DIY gift tags I created on Photoshop using a graphic I purchased from Creative Market.
