Early this summer Arielle Stratton of Party Love Birds and I started putting together Coastal Bride’s first big styled shoot. We wanted to create a beach wedding unlike any other beach wedding. With jewel tones, figs and a mix of driftwood this wedding inspiration is perfect for an autumn coastal celebration. A host of wonderful and talented Charleston wedding vendors collaborated with us to bring this shoot to life.
We wanted to create a beach wedding that incorporated natural elements and colors not normally associated with the coast. We rented a dark wood farm style table with a bench and ghost chairs from EventWorks. Gold sea urchins, white coral and a sleek bar cart from Eclectic Charleston added the perfect touch of coastal chic. In lieu of a table runner Party Love Birds added jewel toned ribbon to the table, adding a pop of color while not overwhelming the rustic look. Arielle handmade napkins and napkin holders while Jankun Creative Studio created watercolor invites and little flags for the fig place settings. Vintage glassware and china from Polished added the perfect elegance and color to this laid back beach affair. The entire tabletop was pulled together with a lush driftwood centerpiece by Tiger Lily.

This came out great!
So bright and colorful! Really cheery, awesome!
Love the rich colours, they work beautifully with the vintage gold edged crockery and beach scene.
This is flawless – love it all!
So pretty! Love the use of color, especially with the ribbons.
