Blue And White Nantucket Wedding Inspiration

January 17, 2018

Today’s wedding inspiration comes from the shores of Nantucket where the Greydon House served as the perfect backdrop for this romantic inspiration. A tablescape of light blue, soft white, and brass accents creates an inviting display and is the perfect mix of modern and classic decor. Grey Lady Revelry Co. arranged soft, whimsical centerpieces of classic white ranunculus, luscious green hanging amaranthus and white anemones. Rebecca Love Photography captured every detail of this styled shoot to perfection and we are so excited to share it with you below!nantucket wedding inspiration nantucket wedding inspirationnantucket wedding inspiration nantucket wedding inspirationnantucket wedding inspiration nantucket wedding inspiration nantucket wedding inspiration nantucket wedding inspiration nantucket wedding inspiration nantucket wedding inspiration nantucket wedding inspiration nantucket wedding inspiration

Greenery Filled Charleston Engagement Session

January 15, 2018

Today’s engagement under sweeping Oaks from Alex Thornton Photography will have you booking a trip to Charleston asap! Local couple Baylye and Aaron chose some of the most picturesque and hidden spots in Charleston for their engagement session and the resulting images are absolutely lovely. See more and read their proposal story below!Charleston Film EngagementCharleston Film EngagementCharleston Film EngagementCharleston Film EngagementHow did you meet? Aaron and I are from the same hometown of LaFayette, Georgia. We knew who each other were, just never really spent any time together. After having a poking war on Facebook for a week, we met up and went out to dinner and a movie. The rest was history! We found out we had so much in common in wanting to be marine biologists that it was a perfect fit.Charleston Film EngagementCharleston Film EngagementWhat is your proposal story? Aaron proposed to me on August 21, 2017 during the Solar Eclipse in Charleston! We had planned to meet my friend Rachel to kayak over to the beach from Grice Marine Lab on James Island. Rachel brings her camera everywhere, so I was absolutely unaware when she was snapping pictures right and left as we walked around waiting for the darkness to come. Just before totality, Rachel offered to take some pictures of us out on the sandbar with the Ravenel Bridge in the background. I knew something was fishy when Aaron grabbed my hand to hold on our way over and started squeezing it nervously. We struck a few classic couple poses, and then he hugged me and whispered in my ear that he loved me and didn’t want to live without me. He immediately got down on one knee and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him. I screamed YES! And then I freaked out! My heart completely eclipsed.Charleston Film EngagementCharleston Film Engagement

Elopement At Magnolia Plantation

January 10, 2018

Love Letter Gray designed an intimate elopement at Magnolia Plantation that is so sweet it just may have you rethinking a big reception. Logan and Brett’s dog Nash served as their witness as they said their vows below sweeping Oaks and later enjoyed a private dinner. This Magnolia Plantation elopement shed all of the extra details of a big wedding to focus on the most important aspect of a wedding day – the couple and their love. With a wonderful photographer like Catherine Ann Photography behind the lens, this couples wedding was captured to perfection and nothing was missed!Magnolia Plantation Elopement Magnolia Plantation ElopementMagnolia Plantation Elopement Magnolia Plantation Elopement Magnolia Plantation ElopementHow did you two meet? We met at Novaks, a little hole in the wall bar in Columbus, Ohio.
What is your proposal story? Brett proposed in July 2016. It was just us and our dog, Nash, in our back yard. I had on sweat pants and my glasses! It was perfectly us.Magnolia Plantation ElopementMagnolia Plantation ElopementMagnolia Plantation ElopementMagnolia Plantation ElopementMagnolia Plantation ElopementMagnolia Plantation ElopementMagnolia Plantation ElopementMagnolia Plantation ElopementMagnolia Plantation ElopementWhat were your favorite parts of the day? It’s really hard to pick favorite parts of the day as we had an absolutely perfect day! It was so special that it was just the two of us, and Nash (our dog) of course! We really felt that we were able to give each other our undivided attention all day and really focus on what matters in a marriage – each other.Magnolia Plantation ElopementMagnolia Plantation ElopementMagnolia Plantation ElopementMagnolia Plantation ElopementMagnolia Plantation ElopementMagnolia Plantation ElopementMagnolia Plantation Elopement
