Pop the Question to Your Bridesmaids with Lindt Chocolate

June 24, 2015

Today we are partnering with Lindt Chocolate to help you pop the question to your bridesmaids. Now that your groom has popped the question it is time for you to do the same for your girls! Lindt LINDOR truffles are the perfect addition to these boxes as their packaging is so bright and fun. And honestly, who wouldn’t want to be surprised with a box of chocolates? This DIY could not be simpler and we have even included a free printable pdf below so that you can easily create these boxes yourself. DIY_Bridesmaids_Box_Lindt_001 With over 22 flavors to choose from, LINDOR truffles offer a color to match every wedding. Pick your favorite flavor or a color to match your wedding scheme, there’s really no way you can go wrong! For this DIY we choose the classic red LINDOR truffles as they provide the perfect pop of color. Who can say no to smooth, creamy, melt-in-your-mouth milk chocolate? DIY_Bridesmaids_Box_Lindt_002 To create these bridesmaid boxes, you will first need to print out the PDF. We have included labels to affix to the top of your boxes as well as bridesmaid and maid of honor cards. DIY_Bridesmaids_Box_Lindt_003 Print out and cut the printable to fit the size of your box. For these bridesmaids boxes we used 4″ craft boxes so we could fit in a lot of truffles! Using a glue stick secure the pop cards to the top of your boxes. DIY_Bridesmaids_Box_Lindt_004 Next attach the maid of honor or bridesmaids cards to the inside flap of your boxes. For an added “pop” you could even include a heart balloon. DIY_Bridesmaids_Box_Lindt_005 Fill your boxes with as many LINDOR truffles as you can and watch your bridesmaids surprise as they open up this thoughtful treat! Wedding Centerpieces With Lindt Chocolate

May 13, 2015

Today I have teamed up with Lindt Chocolate to create wedding centerpieces that are both elegant and edible! Anyone who knows me knows I love chocolate so a centerpiece that involves candy and still looks elegant is right up my alley! These arrangements would make perfect decor for a bridal shower and are fun to make! You could even gift the chocolate centerpieces to your guests after the event… or keep all of the chocolate for yourself, I won’t judge. Read on below to learn how to create this chocolate floral arrangement! Chocolate-floral-wedding-centerpiece-001 The best part about using Lindt LINDOR truffles for your decor (besides the yum factor) is that they come in 22 different flavors and a variety of colors to match any wedding color scheme. For this DIY we used white chocolate, sea salt, caramel and stracciatella as these flavors come in shades of classic gold and blue. Chocolate-floral-wedding-centerpiece-002 To create this centerpiece you will need a large vase and a smaller vase or cup to fit inside. You can also purchase nesting vases but these are expensive and harder to find locally. This DIY will work just as well without it. Place a piece of tape on the bottom of your smaller vase and secure this vase to the center of your large vase. Chocolate-floral-wedding-centerpiece-003 Carefully start layering your Lindt LINDOR truffles making sure to work your way around, completely covering the center vase. Fill the center vase with water and arrange your flowers. Take care to completely cover the top of the vase. Chocolate-floral-wedding-centerpiece-004 Chocolate-floral-wedding-centerpiece-005 Repeat these steps to create smaller bud vases to compliment your larger floral arrangement. Chocolate-floral-wedding-centerpiece-006 I don’t know anyone who can resist the smooth, melt in your mouth taste of Lindt LINDOR truffles, so your guests will thoroughly enjoy these edible arrangements! Make sure to visit the Lindt Unwrapped blog for more chocolately goodness and fun ideas to incorporate their treats into your next party or event! Chocolate-floral-wedding-centerpiece-007
