Mexico Destination Wedding // Hong + Tim

Hong and Tim planned a destination wedding at the Paradisus Resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. It was important to the bride and groom that their guests felt like they were on vacation and enjoy the weekend away. With a clean color palette of white and crisp green this couples wedding matched the tropical area perfectly. Kimberly Chau Photography captured this sweet couples day while Alquimia Events created a gorgeous floral ceremony arch. With a mariachi band, white sand beach and thatch huts to lounge under I can’t think of a more relaxing place to wed!

Derby Days Inspiration Shoot

With mint juleps, romantic fascinators and blush roses this Derby Days inspiration shoot from Blue Eyed Yonder is every bit the romantic dream! Ali Harper photographed this shoot at the historic wooden stables of Serenbe. With inspiration pulled from the Kentucky Derby this talented group of vendors decorated with trophy cups and tiny horse drink stirrers, while also incorporating lush greenery and flowers, keeping the shoot bright and natural. The color palette was kept soft and romantic with creamy blushes and neutrals, along with a pop of emerald green. Inspired by the tradition of the winner’s blanket given out each year, floral designer Lindsay Coletta created a lush blanket of over 1,000 blush roses. With this teams precision to detail and creativity this romantic inspiration shoot had me at first glance and I hope it inspires you for your wedding day!

With an ethereal theme of birds and botanicals this couples wedding was a soft and sweet affair. The garden theme was carried throughout with bridesmaids carrying fresh organic bouquets and tulip bulbs and seed bombs serving as wedding favors. Brrrr it seems Fall is finally upon us! Now that the cold weather has hit all I want to do is snuggle up in my warm bed. Laid Back Kuaui Beach Wedding // Caitlin + Jon

Gorgeous California couple Caitlin and Jon decided to plan an intimate Hawaiian beach wedding with just their closest family and friends. The two rented a beach cottage on the island of Kuaui providing them with the perfect setting for a private beach ceremony. The bride wore a simple white flower in her hair while the groom wore laid back J.Crew. Caitlin and Jon honored traditional Hawaii wedding themes with the exchange of lei’s. The couple also stood in a circle of flowers known as a “circle of love” for their ceremony and honestly I can’t think of a tradition sweeter than that! MickoPhoto captured this couples intimate wedding day among the lush greenery and mountains of Kuaui.
